How Did She Get There

Hello and Welcome to How Did She Get There, a platform designed to deliver insights from inspiring women in media, communications and the arts.

Successful women surround us, yet there is still a way to go before women are fairly paid, treated and represented in leadership roles. As womanhood evolves – especially in the world of business – it's important to learn from each other so we can pave the way for the next generation.

That is why I started this project. 

It’s important to note that this site is not about instigating negative attitudes towards men. On the contrary, I believe men and women need to support each other. I know that I would not be where I am today without the help from various male colleagues who have guided me, stood up for me and encouraged me.

I hope these interviews inspire and motivate other women to strive for greatness and serve as a place to learn and share ideas and philosophies.
